5 Shoulder to overhead, 115 / 75 lbs
10 Deadlift, 115 / 75 lbs
15 Box jump, 24 / 20 inch
We will again host this on Saturday at 10:00 AM, and it will be the regular WOD for Friday's class if you want to give it a go.
