Tabatas: pushups, wall balls, situps, kettlebells

Everyone's favorite!

Tabatas (8 rounds of 20 seconds work with 10 seconds or rest, 1 minute rest between rounds)

Pushups
Wallballs
Situps (with abmat)
Kettlebell swings

Your score is the lowest number of reps in a round for each activity.
